How do I login to my acount?

On a desktop and mobile, you'll click the person icon on the top right and then "Login".

Can't log into your account? You may have checked out as a guest and don't have one set up! Select "Create an Account" on this page and it'll walk you through the steps. 

 

How do I skip a Monthly Box?

On a desktop and mobile, you'll click the person icon on the top left and then "Login". 

Once you are logged in, click the subscriptions button on the left hand side of the navigation bar

Click ‘edit’ on the subscription you would like to update

On the left hand side of your customer portal, click the button that says ‘’Skip Shipment’

 

How do I cancely my scubscription?

On a desktop and mobile, you'll click the person icon on the top left and then "Login". 

Once you are logged in, click the subscriptions button on the left hand side of the navigation bar

Click ‘edit’ on the subscription you would like to update

On the left hand side of your customer portal, click the button that says ‘Cancel Subscription’

Follow the prompts to finish your cancelation

Cancelations will go into effect for the following billing cycle of the subscription

For example, if you are charged for an April Box on March 11, but you cancel March 15th, you will still receive an April box.  You will not receive any more boxes after that date

 

How do I update my billing information?

On a desktop and mobile, you'll click the person icon on the top left and then "Login". 

Once you are logged in, click the billing information button on the right hand side of the navigation bar

Click the button that says ‘Send Email To Update’

Follow the prompts to finish updating your billing

 

When do I get charged every month?

You will be charged at the time of purchase and 30 days after your previous charge date until your subscription is canceled 

For example, if you purchased on March 11 you will be charged every month on the 11th until your subscription is canceled

All cancelations will go into effect for the following billing cycle of the subscription

If you are charged for your May Box on April 11, but you cancel April 15th, you will still receive a May box.  You will not receive any more boxes after that month

 

I cant find my subscription on my account page...

To find your subscription, on a desktop and mobile, you'll click the person icon on the top left and then "Login". 

Once you are logged in, click the subscriptions button on the left hand side of the navigation bar
